Vegan Pancake Recipe from Scratch


This delicious vegan pancake recipe is prepared without milk or eggs. We use soy milk as a milk substitute to make delicious fluffy vegan pancake recipe.


Ingredients


1 cup flour


2 tbsp baking soda


1 tbsp sugar


2 tbsp vegetable oil


1 tsp salt


1 cup soy milk


Preparation


Add the baking powder, flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix well.


Now pour soy milk and oil and beat all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.


Drop 1/3 of batter on a well greased frying pan over medium heat. When you see some bubbles on the surface of the pancake, flip it and cook the other side for few minutes. Take it out in a plate and enjoy your vegan pancake recipe.


Vegan Pancake Recipe without Soy Milk


Pancakes are an excellent way to start off a day. Vegan pancakes recipe can be altered to fit the different needs of vegans.


Ingredients


1/5 cup baking powder


1 cup self raising flour


2 tbsp sugar


2 cups water


Salt to taste


Method


In a bowl add all the ingredients together and mix until a smooth batter is formed.


Heat a lightly greased skillet on medium flame.


Pour a ladle of the batter on the skillet and make sure the batter spreads out evenly.


When you notice some bubbles on the pancake, flip it and cook it for a few minutes on the other side.


Serve hot pancakes with vegan maple syrup and enjoy this delicious and easy vegan pancake recipe.


Best Vegan Pancake Recipe


This is one of my favorite pancakes. Even though I am not a vegan, I just love the flavor and the look. It doesn't look like some sticky pancake. You can also mix some fruit pieces if you want in the batter.


Ingredients


1 tbsp custard powder


4 cups self rising flour


1 tbsp white sugar


2 cups soy milk


Method


In a large bowl add flour, sugar and custard powder and mix well. Now pour the soy milk with a whisk, so that there are no lumps and mix till the batter is smooth.


Heat a griddle on medium heat and coat it with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter on the surface of the griddle evenly.


When you see bubbles begin to form on one side, flip it and cook the other side until it gets golden.
