1 Body Weight Exercise For Women to Get a Sleek Sexy Body!

Ladies if you are looking to acquire a sleek lean sexy body then you have got to make yourself sweat and breathe hard every time you workout. Now that may sound obvious, but I still see several women that go to workout, yet have plenty of energy to talk on the cell phone to their friends during their workouts. This is an example of how NOT to workout, at least if you are serious about getting results. Check out the following body weight drill that I have included here to help you out.


The Squat Thrust


Ladies, if you are interested in a truly hard hitting body weight workout routine then you have got to include the squat thrust exercise into the equation. The squat thrust is a calisthenic exercise that gives you the benefit of obtaining both strength and cardiovascular fitness wrapped up into one package. This body weight exercise is very effective in training your body to become fit, mobile, strong, and more resilient than any treadmill workout will ever do for you. To execute the squat thrust you will want to stand with your feet at about a shoulder width distance in length. From here you are going to execute 3 movements.


The first movement involves you simply crouching down to place your hands on the ground in front of you at shoulder width distance apart. Secondly, you will want to kick your feet back behind you extending your body into an upright push up position. Thirdly, you will want to return your feet back to where they were while you were in the crouched position by kicking them back up underneath you and from here simply stand up. All 3 of these movements equate to a single repetition and will get you sweating and breathing hard in a hurry. This is a fantastic body weight exercise program for helping you to get your body into fat torching mode. You will drastically speed up your metabolism with this drill.
