Along with the strength and cardio exercises a person should try to get as much stretching in as they can. This will help a person to maintain more control over their body. Better balance means that a person will not be as likely to fall down accidentally.


There is no age limit for working out. Not every individual will be able to do as strenuous a routine as someone else. In order to keep you body as fit and trim as you can for as long as you can a person needs to get off the sofa and do something.
